Some interesting holiday ideas for this summer:

Denia Spain It is not just a tourist place. It is an extension of paradise. A dream destination. Yes, that is Denia – a perfect choice for a Spanish holiday. Strategically located midway between Valencia and Alicante international airports, Denia combines a delightful cosmopolitan town, rich historical places, enticing culture, and fascinating architecture. Many ancient civilizations have made their mark here including Roman, Arab, or Christian. This thriving commercial center blends tourism with the hustle and bustle of a working town.

The blues and greens of Mediterranean Sea act as a magnet for tourists. The beauty of Denia beaches lies in sandy beaches and rocky coves. Two main beaches of Denia are les Marines and les Rotes. Beaches of Denia have consistently won the European Blue Flag for safety and cleanliness. It is not just the beaches that tantalize the visitors. The wealth of the bottom of the sea makes it a wonderful place for scuba diving.

VISIT TO HALKIDIKI (from Daniel Jones)

My friend and I planned to enjoy our holidays in Greece islands. We looked for different islands of Greece and then finally choose the Halkidiki Island. It is actually a peninsula of Greece with three sides. We had our stay at cassandria village. We had hired a traditional house for our stay. The people here are really very nice and helpful. We spend a good time talking with these people and we also tried to learn their traditional language. These people are very attached to their traditions and they try a lot to preserve it. We hired a car to visit the different places of the peninsula. There are a lot of churches and monasteries here. We visited different beaches of the island. Each beach is as beautiful as the other. The most beautiful thing that appealed to me was the dense vegetation that surrounds these beaches. There are dense forests of olive and pine near the beaches giving these beaches a divine look. We enjoyed a lot of water games here. But we did not get the chance to visit the eastern peninsula of halkidiki as it belongs to the monastic community and females are not allowed here. It is believed to be the birth place of the famous Aristotle. We enjoyed the night life of Cassandra very much. We also did a lot of shopping here. But you must take care of yourself from the stary dogs. There are a lot of them and you must keep yourself strong for keeping them away from you.
